Train Like a Girl



Continue increasing your core strength, and healing your diastasis recti, with the follow-up program to Abs After Baby. This program is a higher intensity full body strength training program that uses dumbbells and kettlebells to give a challenging 30 minutes workout. There are 3 to 4 strength and conditioning workouts per week.

The program includes access to a private Facebook group where you can post your questions and videos for a response within 24 hours.

This program is delivered in three 4 week phases, each phase building on the strength acquired in the previous phase. Sign up for the monthly emails to get reminders, tips and exercise breakdowns every phase.
