Core Restore

This program is open to women of all ages who want to restore their core function. We will begin with a focus on posture and proper breathing, and move unto safe low intensity exercises and stretches to target and reduce lower back pain, to improve pelvic floor and digestive function, and increase muscular strength. I will show you strategies for myofascial release to promote relaxation after the workouts. There will be absolutely no crunches, no burpees and no planks!
There will be three 40 minute classes per week held at The Luscious Life.
